Reynolds American, Inc. (NYSE: RAI) is an American company whose holdings include R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Forsyth Tobacco, Lane Limited, Conwood Company, and R.J. Reynolds Global Products, Inc.
In 2003, Reynolds American sold about a third of all cigarettes sold in the USA.
