Reynolds' pentad

Reynolds' pentad or Reynolds' pentad of septic cholangitis is a disease which is a combination of Charcot's triad with hypotension and altered mental states. It was named after B.M. Reynolds.

Charcot's triad (jaundice, fever, and abdominal pain) along with hypotension (low blood pressure) and CNS (central nervous system) depression with confusion and possibly coma.
