This article sounds very much like it has been written by a member of the Revival army. There is very little discussion of background, context, outside views of the group, and for that matter, no external references.

For example 'Many revivalists are bold and fiery preachers...because of this, they are often spoken evil of or even persecuted' seems to be stacking the deck a bit. Cmdrjameson 20:22, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
