"Reveille" is the 23^rd episode of the drama television series NCIS.

Gibbs has no cases, so he tries to identify the terrorist who infiltrated the NCIS building and held Ducky, Gerald and Kate hostage in the episode Bête Noire. McGee has the idea of using an FBI software program to know the age of the terrorist, limiting the search. Meanwhile, the terrorist gets some training missile launchers to attack the Marine Helicopters when the President flies with the Prime Minister of Israel, and then attack the presidents where the helicopters left. But he doesn't know which helicopter is Marine One.

McGee discovers that the terrorist was born in 1969. Kate sees the terrorist, and gets into a car to follow him, only to be kidnapped by his friends. Ducky realizes that the terrorist knew anatomy, and he must have gone to the medical school in Britain. Kate gets to the place where the terrorist is, and he let her call Gibbs if she tells him that she got food poisoning and went home sick. Meanwhile, McGee discovers the terrorist's name – Dr. Ari Haswari.

Ari asks Kate how to distinguish the Marine One from the other Marine helicopters. She says it's impossible. Marta, a terrorist girl who was with Ari, becomes very angry, and try to call the terrorists. Then, Ari shots her. Gibbs realizes Ari has kidnapped Kate. Ari ask her to call her friends at the Secret Service. Ari reveals that he is an Israeli and in Mossad. Fornell tells Gibbs that the terrorists are arrested, and presented as drug dealers in the news. He also says that Ari is not detained, as he was a sleeper agent all his life. The agencies directors want Gibbs to forget about Ari. Gibbs agrees on one condition – meeting with him. Ari will be going back to Middle East and say that Marta was the double agent. Gibbs shots Ari in the shoulder to make Ari's escape more believeable.

Gibbs: I know what that ass looks like today, McGee.

McGee: I can't believe I slept in a coffin.

Abby: Not just slept.

Tony: Like you never opened an X-rated site.

Kate: Never.

Tony: You know, that's sad.

Kate: Why?

Tony: 'Cause I believe you.

Kate: Gibbs surprised me at DC Beans today. He brought me coffee and then drilled me about that terrorist like it was yesterday, not months ago.

Tony: Wow, that is serious. He's never bought me coffee.

Tony: Hey boss, McGee said you wanted to see me... Actually he said I was under house arrest but I figured that was just your way of making a point.

Gibbs: Do I have to give you the name of the creek you're up without a paddle?...or how deep it is?

Tony: Up to my knees?

Gibbs: Ahhh, so you're familiar with this creek.

Tony: Boss I'm sorry I took a long lunch but I was workin' a hot case...

Gibbs: What case would that be? Shadowing a tight ass?

Tony: Now that's not fair, boss...

Gibbs: War is not fair, and we are at war. Until I relieve you which may be any moment now, you will fight that war 24/7, that includes eating, sleeping, taking a crap. You got that?

Ari: Satisfied?

Kate: No, he smacked me twice.

Ari: Being slapped by a woman is twice the insult to Bassam.

Kate: Really? How about being shot by one?

Tony: What's wrong with you, besides not catching the Hamass guy?

Gibbs: The Hamass guy?!?! The Terrorist!? The Bastard!?!!? The Ass!??! We call him everything but his name do you know why?

Tony: Because we don't know his name?...

Gibbs: Because your out working a hot case. I want his name!!!! I want it today!!!

Ari: Many women find me charming.

Kate: You must pay them well.
