Rabbi Reuven Feinstein is the Rosh Yeshiva of Mesivta Tiferes Yerushalayim, located in Staten Island, NY.

His father was Rabbi Moshe Feinstein. His brother, Rabbi Dovid Feinstein, is the Rosh Yeshiva of the Manhattan branch of Yeshiva Tiferes Yerushalayim.
