Wikipedia is known as a place where anybody can search from information or find answers to their questions. It is seen by most people as civilized and welcoming community. However, in serving the public, Wikipedia inevitably attracts some people who feel that there is no one to turn to, and so they ask for help from total strangers on Wikipedia. Some of these people are considering harming themselves and responding incorrectly to these individuals could have tragic consequences.
