I'm sorry, but your fair use rationale for the article is insufficient. Most images found on the web are not free, and the inability of the hosting website to credit the original artist does not make the image fair game. All art, unless explicitly stated otherwise is copyrighted by the artist for a significant number of years following their death, depending on the country. For a Pope so recent as Pius XII, no paintings will be free for some time. I'll allow you to find some more source data for the image before tagging it for deletion, but it cannot remain in the article.
