[edit] Companies?

I'm looking for a list of real life companies that have a presence in Second Life. Is there such a list?

My main interest is in IT-related companies, but I could settle for a list of some people working in the IT-industry.

It's for an article that I want to write for an online magazine. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 82.117.36.126 (talk • contribs) 10:51, 11 September 2006.

[edit] uncited information

Since the article has been moved from A to B, I suggest that any information remaining in this article that still has a [citation needed] request attached should be removed if no citation can be found within a reasonable time frame- starting from the date/time of this article's creation. I'm about to nuke the uncited info

[edit] Teen Grid Residents

Until such a time as there are a significant amount of Teen-Grid centric entries, any information regarding "well known" Residents, whether they be from the Main or Teen Grid, should go in this article.

If the article grows to a size that requires some pruning along the guidelines of WP:SIZE, I'm proposing now that a similar list be created for the Teen Grid Residents over on Resident (Teen Second Life)

[edit] Re-ordering the list

I was talking to someone about the list article, and it seems that they though that the lists should be alphabetically ordered by surname.

Thoughts ?

  1. Should the list be re-ordered by surname ?
  2. Should only the 2 lists with a primary focus on natural persons (as opposed to virtual persons) be re-ordered by surname ?

[edit] Break out the three lists to List of* articles

What're people thoughts on breaking out the 3 lists into two or three separate articles ?
