Research Centre Free Europe (Uurimiskeskus Vaba Euroopa in Estonian) is a Eurosceptic think-tank and research centre based in Tallinn, Estonia. It publishes a regular journal, These Tides, and is generally supportive of the British Conservative Party.

Contributers to These Tides include Dr. Lee Rotherham, Professor Ivar Raig and RCFE Director David Wilkinson.

Research Centre Free Europe has also published publications on tax and deregulation by a number of prominent politicians and academics, most notably John Redwood.
