Operation: Rescue Jet Fusion is a Jimmy Neutron television movie.

It all starts when Jimmy is recruited by the BTSO (Big Top Secret Organazation) to find their missing top agent, agent X. Jimmy, Carl and Sheen head to the Pacific ocean.

  • The title to the Jet Fusion movie at the beginning is a mock up of James Bond titles, as well as the opening sequence to the Jet Fusion movie, and the music.
  • This episode may be a parody or a homanage to the movie Looney Tunes: Back In Action, since an actor playing a spy is in reality, a real spy, and also has to be rescued by the main characters.
  • In an homage to Marine Boy, Jimmy, Sheen, and Carl use the "Air Gum" so they can breath underwater while they dive to the first clue. They swim faster by holding on to migrating sea turtles. After they let go, a pineapple is shown underwater. This is a direct reference to SpongeBob SquarePants. (This reference is pointed out on the channel)
  • Cindy, Libby, Hugh, Judy, Ms. Fowl, and Goddard have very limited roles in this episode.
  • Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen go in a Pac Man like maze (The clam is Pac Man and the boys are the ghosts).
  • Jet Fusion maybe refers to JET (Joint European Torus). A European nuclear fusion research experiment in Oxford, England.
  • The movie that Carl, Sheen and Jimmy was "Die Tomorrow Again Forever" which is a parody of James Bond's movie "Die Another Day".
