[edit] Dispute 1
TimBits, if you have any proposition to make please make it in an individual proposition. I fail to see your point, if Quebec after a referundum was to declare its independence and elect a government, I think that its position would have counted no matter what, your proposition is actually unwiki. (and ironically, the Soviet Law which Karabakh was used has even been used as reference in Quebec cases [1]). Also, it is standard to first present the locality and then go on. If you search on Montreal, first you will have the information that it is a city, and then, in the province of Quebec then in Canada... this is a standard, even when you send a mail you don't first give the information on the country but rather the address, then the city, province(or state) and the country. This is what is accepted and standard... First Karabakh is a de facto republic, and then, it is recognized officialy as part of Azerbaijan... this is how I advanced this should be covered, this is not about presenting ones position or not, there is no one here that denies that generally Karabakh is considered officially as part of Azerbaijan, neither that it is a de facto republic. I don't see you having the same opinion about the Northern republic of Cyprus or any entries about a territory with the same disputes, you can visit any other such entries and you will see that I am right.
