Wikipedia talk:Requests for checkuser/Case/Nácek Ignácek

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am not that vandal a I think that user:V. Z. isn´t it too. Check user would be only fishing because V. Z. edited last time very long time ago.
Is that the case? cs:User:Ježek, who was proven (using Checkuser) to be V. Z., has edited about two weeks ago. And is it a coincidence that the vandal specifically targets users involved in Z's arbitration case?
Information in reconcilee is true and User:-jkb- already admited it in past. He was active in Czech exile movement and it is very very questionable whether is that information encyclopedic. For example I know only one famous reconcilee and that´s just Jan Koukal.
Do you mean that the information does belong to Wikipedia, or that it does not? You aren't very clear here. (I have no idea whether - and where - -jkb- admitted to be a reconcilee, and I know of no evidence of Jan Koukal being "famous" - judging from the number of relevant Google hits.)
I wrote that it is very questionable but it isn´t any hoax or personal attack. --Semenáč 19:19, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
Czech Wikipedia and Slovak Wikipedia has own checkusers. This case includes only few vandal edits in two or tree articles and some accounts only for one usage.
To the contrary, this is a chronic problem - see the history of the affected pages. (And yes, the accounts usually make very few edits - because they promptly get blocked afterwards.) That's why I am requesting a cross-wiki check.
I added a barnstar to V. Z. because he was first active admin and contributor of Czech Wikipedia and man, who made that project popular in Czech Republic. It is true that he had conflicts wiht some users and they baned him, but it doesn´t say anything about his credit of Czech Wikipedia (I also wrote that this barnstar is for his credits in previous times).
I think that that some of that vandal edits could be user:-jkb-. See his contributions how he firstly report vandalism to admins, after that he added to his list of vandal edits and after that he removed it from his user page - This is not normal user habit.
PS: Sorry for my English, I have never leart it. --Semenáč 17:43, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
I would like to apologize to Semenáč if I am accusing him falsely. Regarding his claim that some of the vandalism was committed by -jkb- himself - I am not going to comment on this, but it's a serious accusation; let checkuser discover the truth. - Mike Rosoft 19:03, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] February 2007

A new batch of sockpuppets had appeared:

This seems to be echo of a long war waged on Czech Wikipedia. Pavel Vozenilek 15:52, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
