Request for Clarification: There is contention over whether the individual behind Rainbowwarrior1977 is banned, or that account simply blocked. While the voting suggests an ban was intended (hence the use of the term "ban") Fred's comments in the motion to close have let other editors to argue that the individual is free to return. Considering that this individual is also responsible for the activities of Wiki brah and Shelburne Kissmayo, could we get a formal ruling as to whether this is an actual ban, in which case the sockpuppets may be indef blocked on sight, or simply a block, in which case we will need to RfAr Wiki brah and any new sockpuppets. -- Essjay · Talk 20:09, 17 October 2005 (UTC)
