I don't really see an explanation for which article with the template. I feel a minimum the name of the article should be listed for which the warning is going for, otherwise the user in question may get confused, and irratated, especially if they are new to Wikipedia.

I feel his Wikipedia edits are too low. Not active enough in the wikipedia community. There are zero village pump, or wikipedian community posts.

I assure you that I have never left a 3RR warning out of the blue without the user knowing what I was talking about. The 3RR warning was the culmination of discussion on Talk:World War III and was intended to stop the edit war that the user was involved in at that moment. TomTheHand 12:57, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
