Wikipedia talk:Requests for adminship/KI

Sorry to have missed this request for admin powers by "Kl" the first time. Since I'm not supposed to edit the main discussion page, I'll make a few comments here in the hope that someone will notice them the next time Kl requests admin powers.

1. "3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?

A. I've never really been involved in any major editing conflict."

Did you really need to include such a bald-faced lie in your bid to restore your admin powers 7 days after the ArbCom took them away, FreestyleFrappe?

Kl is Tchadienne is FreestyleFrappe: [1]

FreestyleFrappe had his admin powers stripped by ArbCom [2] on Feb 12th.

7 days later, he requested them under a different name (Kl): [3]

Because no one connected him to his previous user name, some people, not knowing any different, said things like "No good reason to belive admin tools will be abused." and "I haven't yet seen a person here state they do not believe the user can be trusted."

When I predicted exactly that action (but 6 days too late) [4], Kl called my question "vandalism": [5] even though he had already done exactly what I asked about.

Kl / Tchadienne / FreestyleFrappe is back to the same sort of behavior that got his admin powers stripped in the first place, incivility, failure to assume good faith, calling people vandals when they are not, calling people sock puppets when they are not, and inciting wheel wars: [6]

Kl may make a great editor of wikipedia articles, and he may someday be mature enough to be trusted with admin powers (I hope so), but it certainly won't be any time this year. I expect him to try again with a new account that no one will connect with his old ones -- and I expect him to call this prediction "vandalism" like he did before. Aumakua 03:03, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
