I suggest rephrasing your rules for clarity:
2. In order to vote:
- a) If you have never edited any articles relating to Serbia, Croatia, etc: You must have 50 edits.
- b) If you have: You must have 100 edits and you must have edited more than one article.

- Does that mean more than one article, period? Or more than one Balkans article, hence if you have 3000 eds on 1500 various WP articles including 1 edit on "Red Star Belgrade" (the colour of their shorts, perhaps) and nothing else on Croatia or Serbia you would be ineligible? What if you have only edited on 1 such topic? Or two closely related articles on nationalism where very similar edits have been made? The distinction between editing 0, 1 and 2 or more articles needs cleared up. Deizio 02:39, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

I notice that Linuxbeak has responded to 4 oppose votes now to criticize or complain about the vote, and none of the comments seem designed to ascertain voter eligibility under the draconian new rules. Linuxbeak, if you don't like the way the votes are going, instead of arguing with the voters, why don't you just restart the RfA again?
