He/she has been repetedly warned on the userpage. IP seems to belong to a student home in Australia, so typically fixed IP belonging to one person. I have checked many close by IPs in the same range, not much going on at the other IPs. So no need to block range, only this single IP. --David Göthberg 11:48, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

- Dante26 (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log), Opy67 (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- A real pest and difficult to get rid of. Usually edits from anonymous AOL IPs and inserts fake Italian middle names into random articles (usually goes unnoticed as a minor change, unless if there is a very good RC watcher on patrol). When he registers a username he goes about writing lengthy hoax articles about Sicilian mobsters. Unfortunately, because he uses AOL, the autoblock goes crazy when I block his usernames and I receive many complaints. If there's a way to dodge the autoblock, please let me know. - Ardenn (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- Repeated (and mostly random, inconsistent) deletion of pertinent links under misleading edit summaries. Examples: [8] , [9] , [10] . Typical edit summary is "Wikipedia is not a links repository", which is not an justification for randomly striking links from "External links" sections. - Roitr (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- Constant insertion of nonsense and unsourced material at Comparative military ranks of World War II. Has used confirmed sockpuppets of User:Tt1 and User:Alexr23 in addition to numerous anon IP addresses. The user has been blocked at least five times in the past week for three revert violation and approached by no less than 5 long time Wikipedia users to resolve the dispute, but will ignore such requests and call users "wrong", reinserting disputed info [11] [12] [13]. The user typically will add nonsense info to the article, then revert over and over again again changes made by other users. When blocked, will either create a new account or log on as an anon IP address to continue edit warring as normal. Has gone from the level of content dispute to vandalism at this stage. -Husnock 05:52, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
- User:Roitr has used several IP addresses and other sockpuppets to vandalize and/or add incoherent, unverified, and senseless "facts" to the following articles: List of countries without an army [14], List of state leaders [15] [16], Comparative military ranks of World War II[17], Air force officer ranks [18], Naval officer ranks[19], Ranks and insignia of the Schutzstaffel[20], Ranks of the People's Liberation Army, Ranks of the People's Liberation Army Navy, Ranks of the People's Liberation Army Air Force, Russian military ranks, Air Force ranks and insignia of the Russian Federation, Army ranks and insignia of the Russian Federation, Naval ranks and insignia of the Russian Federation, and the Military ranks of the Soviet Union.
- Further note: there are several others aside from these, these are the ones vandalized directly by the "Roitr" account - God knows how many it will be if you count the sockpuppet accounts. εγκυκλοπαίδεια* 22:07, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

- But wait There's more! I want you all to know that he has been begged to stop, and in that case I will add no links, as one only has to go to his talk page to see that several users have stated that his edits are inaccurate and harmful to the encyclopedia. He refuses to listen, I beg those who don't confide in my report to look in the diffs. provided by the article links above. Note that these are a morsel of the things he has done here, and those aren't necessarily the worst. He also has used IP's to blank his talk page whenever vandalism reports are posted - I don;t know how right I am by this: but I will take the liberty of simply adding them back everytime, as we need a record of the nonsense he is responsible for. εγκυκλοπαίδεια* 22:24, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

- Midgley (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) is blanking entire section in Thimerosal, moving it to a POV fork. Possibly also a sockpuppet for Geni. --Leifern 02:50, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
- I don't see how moving is "blanking" - and accusing him of being a sockpuppet for Geni is odd, given that Geni has obvious linguistic difficulties, which Midgley has not demonstrated. And he left a link to the material anyway! Surely you could have at least gone for some dispute resolution, right? Michael Ralston 03:36, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
- While Midgley may have been a bit bold in refactoring the article, this is a content dispute and not vandalism. Midgley also seems willing to discuss the matter. I would advise Leifern not to call other good-faith editors 'vandals' or throw about accusations of sockpuppetry without good reason. Generally, admins who read this page do actually investigate claims before blocking wildly. TenOfAllTrades(talk) 03:45, 3 February 2006 (UTC)

- Skull_'n'_Femurs (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- He doesn't need a block, but a stern warning. Just about every single edit he has ever made on wikipedia he has labled as a minor edit, it doesn't matter if he changed puncuation, or added 5 paragraphs to a section. He also has a habit of not adding comments when he makes major changes. I posted on his talk page asking him to please stop marking everything as minor, but he completly ignored it. Also from looking at his history, it's not that his computer is automatically marking everything as minor since some times (a very few times) he did forget to check the box. I think all he really needs here is a warning. // Seraphim 02:42, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

- Orphan1 (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) Is making drone nonsense edits to the Yugo article, mostly removing information as the Yugo being known as a cheap, crappy car and adding nonsense, is also vandalizing the article as an anon user. I don't know what else he is contributing to the rest of Wikipedia, all I know is I'm in need of a Minivan sized Tylenol and a whole lot of Savage Garden to calm me down from the craziness running through me from trying to keep the Yugo article clean. --Karrmann
- Damn it, now he is throwing personal attacks around on the Yugo's talk page, and is insulting me by my age, saying that I want to hide the truth by all the happy Yugo owners. This guy is nothing but a big headache, block his ass now. I'm going to take my Minivan sized tylenol now. --Karrmann
