[edit] Statement of the dispute

On March 19, 2007, I noticed that an IP deleted some information on a user's page, and I reverted the edit, because it construed vandalism. I then looked at the IP's other contributions, and noticed that the IP was also having an edit war with Shelby Young's main page. I warned the user about her reverts, since it was mainly a content dispute and she was engaging in a revert war. I told the user that she/he was breaching the three revert rule. In response, the IP blanked the warnings on the page. I reverted them back, per WP:USER. I notified an admin, Luna Santin to block the IP for 24 hours for 3RR on Shelby Young. After the block notice, the user blanked the block warning and replaced the page with a help me notice. Since I was on IRC at the time, I responded to the help me request. Later, Coredesat declined the unblock request. Later, the IP replaced the page with "sighs, some america not make me cry if they die." Later, the page was protected. During the ordeal, the IP left personal attacks on my userpage.

Almost 48 hours after the block CineWorld deletes the information that the IP had deleted before. The modus operandi for this user is to remove an IMDB source from Shelby Young's page. The user also deleted information from User:Shelbyyoung's page, even though the identity was confirmed on WP:ANI.
