[edit] Zephram Stark
- Zephram Stark (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser)
- Xosa (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser)
This user was blocked by SlimVirgin (talk • contribs • blocks • protects • deletions • moves) as a likely sockpuppet of User:Zephram Stark. Xosa is demanding evidence, thought I would request checkuser to back up the block, or clear up any misconceptions. Mangojuicetalk 03:41, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
- Clerk note: Given that Zephram Stark's last visible edit was in may, his contributions are likely too old to be checked. A newer sockpuppet or the commentary of Kelly Martin or Jayjg may be needed as they answered older requests. --Kevin_b_er 05:25, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not sure there's much point in doing a check user when it comes to Zephram. His logged out posts show he edited from a wide variety of locations. I've always assumed he travels a lot, perhaps for a living, or else uses meatpuppets to do the actual posting. That's why I'm guessing Xosa is pressing for technical evidence, because he knows that a check user won't show anything useful. The editing pattern is pretty conclusive. SlimVirgin (talk) 16:44, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
- Likely. If anyone with CheckUser access wishes to know the details, they can contact me. Jayjg (talk) 17:49, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Pandora Rodriguez (talk • contribs)
- Pandora Rodriguez (talk • contribs) as a possible sockpuppet of banned User:Zephram Stark/User:Peter McConaughey/User:Jamal al din/User:Fred Veraxamin. "Her" behavior closely fits Zephram's, especially the obsession with me [1] despite no direct contact. Also seems unusually critical of other admins for a brand new user with about 15 edits. Carbonite | Talk 22:13, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- There is no doubt that this is a sockpuppet account, and I am doubly concerned that the image on said person's userpage may be a copyvio of some sort. Hall Monitor 22:22, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- I don't see a need for a checkuser. The user is quite plainly a sockpuppet. Just indefinitely block. Actually, I am feeling chirpy. I'll do it myself. [[Sam Korn]] 22:24, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- I think a checkuser here would still be interesting - user seems just as likely to be Mistress Selina Kyle, who also came out of nowhere and jumped immediately and exclusively to community actions. Might be well worth untangling. Phil Sandifer 22:28, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- I think it's generally believed that MSK is a reincarnation of Chaosfeary. Nevertheless, Pandora Rodriguez needed to be blocked, whoever (s)he really is. [[Sam Korn]] 22:30, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, a CheckUser couldn't hurt, but I'd wager good money that this a sockpuppet of Zephram. Carbonite | Talk 22:31, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- Checkuser result is a high-probable positive, but not 100% conclusive. Kelly Martin (talk) 22:36, 10 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rudolf_Nixon (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log)
User created today and voted in two important polls. Actual votes make me wonder if this is a sockpuppet of someone. Linuxbeak (drop me a line) 23:49, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
- See above. This is quite likely a sockpuppet of banned user Zephram Stark (talk • contribs). Carbonite | Talk 02:47, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
- I would agree. Similar anti-Carbonite, anti-Radiant! comments. Similar user page to other ZS socks. Similar viewpoints on WP heirarchy. I'd say this is definitely a valid case for CheckUser. --LV (Dark Mark) 14:53, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
- See comments on Zephram Stark, above. Kelly Martin (talk) 17:53, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Peace Inside (talk • contribs)
Almost certainly a sockpuppet of banned Zephram Stark (talk • contribs). See the previous sockpuppets here. Peace Inside registered less than a day after the previous incarnation (User:Pandora Rodriguez) was blocked and has all of Zephram's calling cards (accusation of admin abuse, despotism, long diatribes). Also, made a joke [2] about recognizing User:MONGO, who Zephram interacted with as another of his scokpuppets, User:Peter McConaughey. Carbonite | Talk 22:09, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
Update: May have already moved on to Rudolf Nixon (talk • contribs). Only a few comments so far, but these [3] [4] [5] look more like out friend Zeph than a brand-new user. Carbonite | Talk 23:42, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
- A friend alerted me that you are calling me a sockpuppet. Can I ask why you have initiated this attack on me? What have I ever done to you? What rules have I broken? How can I prove my innocence? *Peace Inside 02:47, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
- Peace Inside is the same editor as Jamal al Din, Peter McConaughey, and KIMP (talk • contribs), which appears to be latest incarnation. Rudolph Nixon is a probable, especially given past use of another account, Random Element (talk • contribs), which looks to me to be a likely Zephram sock. Both accounts are on the same ISP in the same geographic area. I'd prefer Jayjg look at this one in more detail as he is more familiar with Zephram's MO. Kelly Martin (talk) 17:31, 22 January 2006 (UTC)
Rudolf Nixon (talk • contribs) was another Zephram Stark sockpuppet. Fred Veraxamin (talk • contribs) and Doctor Nicetan (talk • contribs) were also sockpuppets. Jayjg (talk) 21:11, 25 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A bird in the hand (talk • contribs)
Pretty obvious sockpuppet of banned user Zephram Stark, based on edit history. Some of his past sockpuppets were: JW1805 (Talk) 21:57, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
- User:Cheese Curd
- User:Swami Sathvaatsanjaatha Jnaanaaya Namah
- User:Legal Tender
- User:Peace Inside
- User:Jamal al din
See Category:Wikipedia:Suspected_sockpuppets_of_Zephram_Stark for near-complete list. --JW1805 (Talk) 21:57, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Buster Hawthorn (talk • contribs) and Palmetto State (talk • contribs)
Suspected sockpuppets of banned user Zephram Stark (talk • contribs). Please see here for complete list of past sockpuppets. Recent ones include: Urban Designer (talk • contribs), ZathrasOne (talk • contribs), Mark Breeder (talk • contribs) . JW1805 (Talk) 01:32, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
- Confirmed. And User:٧ and User:TheCat'sMeow and User:Public Servant of the United States Federal Government and User:Musculoskeletalman and a dozen others that have already been identified as Zephram and blocked. Jayjg (talk) 23:24, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Starways Common (talk • contribs)
Possible sockpuppet of banned user Zephram Stark (talk • contribs). Recent sockpuppets were TheCat'sMeow (talk • contribs), Buster Hawthorn (talk • contribs), and لæmäļ al diη (talk • contribs). Edits to Guarana and Guaranine articles. JW1805 (Talk) 03:34, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- Confirmed. And User:BBQ Cheddar Bunnies as well. Jayjg (talk) 04:16, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] ElectricRay (talk • contribs)
Question: is ElectricRay (talk • contribs) a sockpuppet of Zephram Stark (talk • contribs)? Recent Stark sockpuppets include Dirae (talk • contribs), Buster Hawthorn (talk • contribs), Starways Common (talk • contribs). I just can't help but wonder about ElectricRay, who has been a tireless advocate for Stark. And I notice that this edit from Dirae, and this edit from ElectricRay, were both made within the exact same minute (17:10, March 24, 2006). I may be wrong about this, but would just like it checked. JW1805 (Talk) 20:05, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Society of Friends (talk • contribs), Carla Pehlke (talk • contribs)
Are these sockpuppet of Zephram Stark (talk • contribs)? I'm sure about Society of Friends, but the other one is just a hunch. See here for list of sockpuppets. Recent ones were The Cleaning Lady (talk • contribs) and Palmetto State (talk • contribs).--JW1805 (Talk) 20:41, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
- Society of Friends: Confirmed.
- Carla Pehlke: Inconclusive. Essjay Talk • Contact 05:54, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
