[edit] Jtkiefer

As per events here and here, it has come to light that this user has, for an extended period of time, been using multiple sock puppet accounts. These accounts have supported each other at times. The main, Jtkiefer account was an admin for a while, and at least once that admin account "forgave" the Pegasus1138 account for a 3RR violation. Other behaviour, some abusive, some just odd, has come to light as listed in the two links shown above. The Pegasus1138 was admitted as a sock in the RFA linked above. The Thygard account was only discovered because, in the middle of a discussion here, he continued the discussion from the wrong account. (And has now confirmed this as a sock here: [1].

This RFC is not so much to confirm these two accounts, as to discover if there are any more hidden accounts belonging to this user. TexasAndroid 17:51, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

Note: There are no extant accounts, other than these, dating before the events of today. As this user has not (yet) been banned by the community and is not currently under arbcom sanction I'm unwilling to go farther at the moment. Mackensen (talk) 18:15, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

As it happens, I've filed a request for arbitration [2]. --Tony Sidaway 18:19, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
Well, at least maintain the results of the checkuser, and it may need to be done again. It would be simply unacceptable to allow him to apply for adminship under another acount without people knowing. - Taxman Talk 23:56, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
