This editor showed up after user:Imacomp had an RFC filed against him. He has the same speech patterns, edits and attacks as user:Imacomp and user:Deltascribe See freemasonry. Chtirrell 20:59, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
- Whatever my personal abuser Chtirrell (see Freemasonry talk) and, as I've had to post in several areas "Imacomp" is my Father (in Hospital currently) with the same IP address. I do not have the technical knowlege to chain my IP address, or get a different a/c as blueyonder a/c is in my Mum's name (As Company Secretary). Blueyonder do not seem to have the technicall know-how either. In short I'm not a "sock" of "Imacomp" so live with it Chtirrell :( Mousescribe 22:28, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
- PS as an aside, How can one tell speach paterns - from typing words? I do not talk as I type, do you Chtirrell? Mousescribe 22:32, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

- Look at what he edits and how he edits. This is obviously the same person, attempting to use the same IP/Different Person loophole. Chtirrell 00:00, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Clerk note: Mousescribe has acknowledged using the same IP, so there isn't much else checkuser can do. It will be up to the community (through RfC, RfAr, or some other mechanism) to decide what to do about it. Thatcher131 00:05, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Declined. Thatcher hit the nail on the head. Essjay (Talk) 05:56, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Imacomp

Imacomp fumbled some commentary on the Freemasonry page recently illustrating that this sock relationship exists and attempted to obfuscate the exposure by referring to the Imacomp identity as a discrete individual: 19:48 28 June 19:53 28 June 19:58 28 June
The Deltascribe talk page was tagged as a sock by WegianWarrior at the time but no RFCU was carried out.
Imacomp has no decided he's not going to edit the FM pages, following a dispute with other users and an extant RFC on his conduct. 01:43 3 July
And makes this clear on this comment on Blueboars talk page as Deltascribe. 10:29 3 July
We now have an edit from Deltascribe on the Freemasonry page, with a comment claiming to be Imacomps son. 10:44 3 July.ALR 09:52, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
- Comment: To me it's quite clear, as shown at Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Imacomp, that Deltascribe is a sockpuppet of Imacomp. I felt that it was not needed to add to the burden of the few people doing RFCU to add a request on it. I certainly do not oppose a RFCU if other editors feels one is needed. WegianWarrior 10:45, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
Likely. Definately coming from the same machine. The decision on whether it is two people in the same house or a single sockpuppeteer will come from an analysis of the users' contributions. Essjay (Talk • Connect) 07:29, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Due to a certain banned editors sockpuppery (no, not the suspected main account in this case) I tend to look into all new editors on the articles rleating to Freemasonry. This one I fear is a sockpuppet of one of the regular editors - based on the fact that the userpages (puppeter? and sock?) and talkpages (puppeter? and sock? - note identical (down to the formating) 'disclaimers') are near identical copies. I feel it's better to get a check out of the way as soon as possible, preferable before the accusations starts to fly over in the talkpages. WegianWarrior 10:18, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
- Confirmed Azuredeltascribe is an obvious sock of Imacomp. Mackensen (talk) 12:37, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
