When he left back in July, User:FairNBalanced told a colleague offline that he was leaving in part because he was one of several socks of User:Mantanmoreland and he didn't want to risk being caught. Now he's back and causing problems just as before.

Please compare IPs from the following pairs of edits to confirm what is obvious to those who've dealt with FairNBalanced before.

A review of both FNB and Mantanmoreland's edit histories shows enormous cross-over, and I suspect a new round of abuses are inevitable unless one or both accounts are blocked. Tabula Plena 10:03, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

User:Mantanmoreland and User:FairNBalanced engage in frequent deceptive editing, in order to give the impression of greater support for an issue and avoid 3RR trouble, primarily on Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Examples:
  • FairNBalanced reverting User:Irishpunktom for Mantanmoreland.[1]
  • Mantanmoreland reverting Irishpunktom for FairNBalanced.[2]
  • Mantanmoreland and FairNBalanced tagteaming at length.[3]
  • Mantanmoreland chatting with FairNBalanced on his talk page, establishing false bona fides for each. [4]
It might also be worth noting that User:Mantanmoreland has been adminished against sockpuppetry of this very kind before.[5]--Tabula Plena 02:54, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
