I was accused of having sockpuppet accounts during a DRV by user:Geogre -- I would like to verify to the Wikipedia community that I have no sockpuppet accounts, and that none of those users were me -- I do not want my name tarnished by falsities put forth by other users, I am quite capable of tarnishing my name on my own.

The AFD in question was: 'Star Wars Galaxies Emulator', the accusation was that all of the one-time accounts were me.

  • Oh, they were also not meatpuppets -- I (mistakenly) let the community know that the article was deleted, but I also told them not to interfere. They didn't listen.

Clerk note: Self-checks are rarely performed, due to the fact that a knowledgeable editor could arrange things in advance so as to leave no technically confirmable trail. If it's any consolation, Wikipedia is pretty forgiving, and with a little time and a few good edits, no one will care about this event. Thatcher131 23:42, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
