User:Arrow740 was blocked for 24 hours [1]. The IP address 84.146.246.131 starts editing on the same articles that User:Arrow740 was editing while this user was blocked.

I am also suspicous of 84.146.222.48 (talk • contribs • WHOIS • block user • block log • checkip) since this was IP, starting with the same 84.146 has also a few contributions to the same articles and all in roughly the same time periods. It might be a float IP all starting with 84.146. (if I am not mistaken the range 84.136.0.0 - 84.191.255.255 is the range [2])

As example of the articles that both Arrow740 and these IP's edit, for example please see [3] and its next edit (by Arrow740 when unblocked) but more importantly this article [4] where is very much disputed and user:Arrow740 actively edits. --Aminz 06:30, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

the IP is not related to User:Arrow740, but it may very well be related to User:DAde. please investigate:
the user has been using these IP's to revert and disrupt the same articles with the same spam (present on User:DAde's user page), most frequently when he has been banned (codes C and F) ITAQALLAH 13:54, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
