[edit] CJK
1) CJK (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) removed a sourced opinion by Ted Koppel [1]. This was an opinion, not a reported fact and should be characterized as such, but the source was given, Nightline on a certain date.
- Comment by Arbitrators:
- Note Fred Bauder 15:18, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- Comment by parties:
- There is no way to verify if he did indeed say that on that day. CJK 01:28, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
- Comment by others:
- Nightline transcripts and videos are available online or through libraries, so Nightline quotes are verifiable. The specific quote in that diff is also discussed here. 67.117.130.181 05:13, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Marmoulak
3) Marmoulak (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) has edited in an aggressive biased manner.
- Comment by Arbitrators:
- Proposed Fred Bauder 19:54, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- Comment by parties:
- Endorse. CJK 01:28, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
- Comment by others:
[edit] Inaccurate editing by Marmoulak
3.1) Marmoulak has made an edit to Iran-Iraq War containing information which significantly differs from the source on which it is based in that it definitively states as a fact something only raised as a possibility in the source, "clear violation of the Arms Export Control Act and international law", (source says "appear to violate" and "may have violated" and does not address the question of international law) [2], see source.
- Comment by Arbitrators:
- Proposed Fred Bauder 17:02, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- Comment by parties:
- Endorse. Also, his evidence for transfers is weak. CJK 01:28, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Removal of well-sourced information by Marmoulak
3.2) Marmoulak has removed well-sourced relevant information from Iran-Iraq War [3].
