My request for adminship is hereby retracted. --NightDragon 04:41, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
NightDragon (talk • contribs) – Hello, i am an long-time user of wikipedia, starting around september 2004. Originally i was more into contibiutions by edits and additions, but recently i have joined the Counter-Vandalism Unit, and i have been focusing on vandalism. I would like Adminship to help me with my efforts against vandalism and help me fight repeat vandals. I try and do my best to defeat the effots of repeat vandals, and the benefits of adminship can only help that. I have voulenteered for various irc networks, including having an oline, so i am not unaccostmed to helping people and what exactly having a super-user account means. if you take a look at my record, you will notice it is virtually spotless :) Thanks for your time :) NightDragon 04:18, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

Oppose
- Strong Oppose User has been here since September of 2004 but has only got 141 edits total. I like you being here for this long but maybe being a little bit more active could help. Lack of Communication with other editors, RFA/AFD/TFD/CFD votes are slim. Did I miss anything? Moe ε 04:38, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia in this capacity. Please take the time to answer a few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Wikipedia backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
- A. I would concentrate in perticular on the problem of vandalism that wikipedia is facing. I would use the privlage of adminship to try to combat the problem of repeat vandalism.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A. my Star Tours contribution? i really like star tours and... well its a fun ride :) i guess i have never made any regrettable contributions so i guess i am proud of them all :)
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A. Yes, i have been in stresful situations before. Being a staff member of a major IRC network, i am accustomed to fast-paced, high stress envionments and i can handle them well.
