Oppose
- Candidate has nominated Christianity for deletion. Screamingly unsysop-like behaviour. He also slapped a POV tag on the top of the article for no reason. Strong oppose Slac speak up! 23:53, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia in this capacity. Please take the time to answer a few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Wikipedia backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
- A. I would be very interested in participating in editing articles to make them more fluent and easier to understand. I would also enjoy reviewing articles, and verifying the facuality of them. Another issue that I see on the articles a small amount is POV, and I think that it is important that people are warned about POV, and the POV disputes are carefully reviewed, and declared within a reasonable timespan. As a watcher of a highly vandalized article, Cradle of Filth, I have a lack of tolerance for vandalism, and I think that I could use my SysOp privelages to prevent vandalism by blocking IPs and users. Also, I would like to review pages that need work, and in general, make Wikipedia just another ounce better. As a great encyclopedia of current, who knows where Wiki could go as it advances, and I think I can help it to continue to strive and grow as a knowledge database.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A. I am very pleased with my work on the Cradle of Filth article. This was the first article I have ever contributed to, and I have worked my hardest on it. I have created several pages for the article, made several images, and edited the information to be more accurate and detailed. I take pride in maintaining, and enhancing, that article.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A. I have had one conflict with a user on the Related Artists section of the article I mentioned above. Honestly, I dealt with the situation quite poorly, but I believe that as an administrator, I could deal with situations such as the one I experienced in a much more appropriate way, and not get out of control.
