Because of users automatically creating accounts for vandalism, Wikipedia has been forced to prevent usernames being created that are too similar to existing usernames and to add an image (called a captcha) to the login process to confirm that users are not using an automated process. If you have attempted to create an account, but have chosen a username that is too similar to an existing username, or have been unable to read the image because you are using a screen reader, or a browser that does not support images, please post your request for an account here. Follow the instructions below:

- Follow the instructions in the text box, and type the username that you wish to register, and an e-mail address to send your password to. You may wish to use a disposable e-mail address, as it will be made public for up to a few weeks after your request is made. Do not enter the password that you'd like to use- you will receive a password via e-mail, which you can later change. If the username you request is already taken, we will also notify you by e-mail.
- You should receive a password via e-mail within a few days.
