User talk:RepublicUK

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I have contacted you to ask for an explanation as to why you have decided that I and the FCS are not valid or 'worthy' of being mentioned in Wikipedia. Thanks.

[edit] Federal Commonwealth Society

I've removed the speedy deletion tag from the above article. Although it was deleted at Articles for Deletion, that debate is quite old and the discussion was only between two editors (none of the comments posted in the last couple of days are valid). I suggest starting an entirely new discussion on the subject to get a more comprehensive and up-to-date ruling from the community. You can place an {{afd}} tag on the article and follow the instructions there. Kafziel Talk 17:41, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

Sorry about the latest removing of tags. This was not me. However I have posted to the FCS forums that no member should remove the tags. Hopefully this will prevent a recurrence of the mistake by me and now apparently another member Hamiltonguy 03:01, 23 February 2007 (UTC)hamiltonguy

[edit] Civility

Regarding this edit, please review our policy on civility and try to be more respectful when talking to other editors. Repeated violations of the policy on civility can be met with a loss of editing privileges. | Mr. Darcy talk 15:50, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

Further to this, I suggest that you remove this comment or else you are running the risk of getting blocked.--Vintagekits 13:46, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Agreed - RepublicUK, if you do not stop making inflammatory or insulting comments like that one, you will be blocked to prevent further disruption. This is your final warning. | Mr. Darcy talk 16:16, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

This all happened within the space of 20 minutes, how was i supposed to delete my comments when i didn't know I had done anything wrong?RepublicUK 08:22, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

What 20 minutes? Those comments were a day apart, and MrDarcy's warning was issued between them. Kafziel Talk 15:43, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

Please don't remove these warnings for now, as this is a fairly current situation. When this is over, you can archive them. If you're concerned about being blocked for incivility, removing the warnings won't matter. Just watch what you say in the future and none of these will be held against you. Kafziel Talk 16:02, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

Per the above discussion and your harassment of Brian New Zealand on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Federal Commonwealth Society, I'm blocking you for 24 hours. We have standards for how editors should treat other editors; please follow those standards when you return. | Mr. Darcy talk 15:37, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism

In response to this edit [1] please do not vandalise an archieved talk page. There was a warning telling you not to edit that page, why did you? Wikipedia is not about winning or losing, by the way, it is about improving.--Counter-revolutionary 09:07, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
