The Republican Institute for Vocational Education (or RIPO, Russian: Республиканский институт профессионального образования) is a higher education institution in Minsk, Belarus. Founded in December 1992, it is managed by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

Republican Institute for Vocational Education is a sponsor of a Belarusian Premier League football team FC MTZ-RIPO (formerly known as a FC Traktor). Games are played on Traktor stadium, which is located near the Institute.
