Renaico is a city and comuna (commune) forming part of the Malleco Province in the Araucanía Region in southern Chile. It has a population of 9,128 (2005) on an area of 267 km². Its current mayor is Edgardo Sierra Neira (2004-2008).

Renaico elects members to both houses of Chilean parliament, forming part of Electoral District N° 48 (along with Angol, Collipulli, Lumaco, Los Sauces, Purén, Ercilla and Traiguén) as well as the 14th Senatorial Circumscription (Araucanía Norte).
