Rene Mourlon (born 12 May 1893) was a French athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
He competed for a France in the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the Silver medal with his team mates René Lorain, René Tirard and Émile Ali-Khan. He also competed at the 1912 Summer Olympics held in Stockholm but not succesfully.
