[edit] Plot

One day, Ren wakes up feeling much younger than ever. He is in the best shape of his life, chopping wood, exercising, and even saving Mrs Buttloaves!

Soon, Stimpy tells Ren that it is his 10th birthday, and that he made a cake just for Ren. He starts to blow out his candles, and Stimpy tells Ren he is 70 in dog years. Ren then suddenly starts to feel his age: he suddenly starts getting graying hair, fallen arches, lack of skin elasticity, liver spots, senile dementia, and false teeth.

Stimpy is then seen taking care of Ren, feeding him mush, and taking him to go play golf, where they meet Haggis MacHaggis. At sunset, Ren is looking at the sun, admiring it, and telling someone about it, which turns out to be the Grim Reaper, sitting right next to Ren.

Ren and Stimpy go looking for coffins for Ren at a mortuary presided by "Hey, It's that Guy!" and his henchman, Kowalski. Ren picks out a coffin that is really nice and has a homelike interior, even including a refrigerator and a television. At Ren's funeral, Hey, It's that Guy!, Kowalski, and Wilbur Cobb (as a priest) are present, mourning Ren. Stimpy, overcome by grief, decides to join Ren in his coffin, to which Ren is hesitant at first but then finally concedes. While living in their coffin (and Hey, It's That Guy! and Kowalski are dragging their butts on Ren's grave), a worm comes for dinner, and eats the boys as his dinner!
