The two writers only contributed to two episodes of this animated series, and both became famous for other projects after collaborating on this series. Thus the image provides proof of their early writing projects, and their early collaboration (relative to their careers).
It is a screenshot in an inferior graphics format, JPEG, and any copies of the image will also be inferior.
The image is being used only in the biographical article of one of the episode's writers, to provide proof of his early projects (again, relative to his career).
It is believed that use of this image will not infringe of the copyright owners of Doctor Snuggles or hurt their video sales of their programmes.
