Relativistic electron beam

Relativistic electron beams (REBs) are streams of electrons moving at relativistic speeds. They are used in atmospheric research conducted at such entities as the Pan-oceanic Environmental and Atmospheric Research Laboratory at the University of Hawaii and NASA.
