Kriya-Reiki is a method of healing others while perfection oneself. Just as we cannot pour water from an empty vessel, and we cannot clean any surface with a dirty cloth, we cannot heal others as long as we are not perfectly healed.
Whenever one thinks of healing others one must first see to it that one completely healed of all the thoughts as well as of all physical, mental and emotional problems. Even confusion or lack of self-confidence, are the thoughts that need healing.
Kriya-Reiki is a method of making a perfect healer. Naturally, it considers self-healing vitally essential for healing. It proposes different methods for self-healing and for healing others. These methods are very simple and easy. Anyone can practice them without any difficulty.
Kriya-Reiki strongly recommends meditation and thought release for self-healing. Both these things are to be done in a very scientific way. During this training, a scientific training of one easy way of meditation is given. One can do this meditation anywhere and any number of times in a day. This aligns the mind and helps a person to think in the right direction. Also here a scientific method of releasing the thoughts is taught. By this, one can get freedom from the thoughts that are troubling a person.
This means, Kriya-Reiki is a complete way of healing oneself and healing others through the completely healthy self.
[edit] Principles of Kriya Reiki
The Kriya – Reiki healer works on the base of acceptance and acknowledgement. So, the acceptance of one’s own self and the divine self within oneself is a must for him.
For the same purpose, the Kriya – Reiki healer has to use the following assertions as the principles. These are to be repeated by the healer regularly till they become a part of his being.
The assertions are:
I ACCEPT MYSELF AS I AM.
I OWN MYSELF AS I AM.
I LOVE MYSELF AS I AM.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THE DIVINE WITHIN ME.
I WORSHIP THE DIVINE WITHIN ME.
The above assertions repeated regularly, go deep into the sub-conscious and release all the sub-conscious blocks. With this process completed, one becomes a powerful and happy person.
These are not Mantras. So, the order in which these are repeated is not important. But, the order that is given above is best accepted by the sub-conscious mind.

Vishi: universal
Tao: mindless mind
Rei: universal
Ki: life force
Vishi stands for the universal and Tao is the mindless mind. So
Vishitao is the mindless mind of the universe. Reiki as you know is the universal life force.
So Vishitao is the universal life force healing conducted with the guidance of the mindless mind of the universe that is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient.
Generally when we heal we use our mind and our mind has limitations ! It is only when you are giving Reiki, you are receiving the universal life force signals. But though you receive these signals, you cannot interpret these signals quite well all the times. This is something you still need to learn!
Vishitao Reiki will teach you the same. With Vishitao Reiki, you not only are able to heal faster but also can know the divine wish clearly. This method of healing is used strictly without touch, but one may even try the usual touch healing by using the Vishitao symbols. It may work too!
[edit] How Vishitao was received:
Donation of Vishitao Reiki to humanity by Channelling began by Saint Germain after many days’ meditation.
Since November 1995, various figures and formations at random intervals were revealed. These were noted down as figures.
Then on the afternoon of 30th Dec. 1995 the symbols started falling into different groups. At night at about 12, guided writing about each symbol, its uses and potentials started happening. This went on till 4.00 am. This time the whole classification of the 25 symbols into basic, mental level was complete with explanation.
This method of healing was gifted by Saint Germain to Humanity to be delivered from 1st Jan 1996. The reports of this new method are wonderful.
