Uhm, actually, La Shiec is the SECOND to last boss in PSI. Dark Falz is the final boss.

What are you talking about? Lassic is NOT the final boss. The game doesn't end until you defeat Dark Falz who is found underneath the Governor's mansion on Motavia. He does not reside in a box (the Dark Force from Phantasy Star II does), but you have to search for the passage that leads to him.
