[edit] As regards to the validity of some parts of the article.

I am a graduate of one of the RSHS listed in the article that is RTPM-DSHS, RSHS for Region VII. What is questionable is that most of what the curriculum mentions as covered in the instruction isn't actually in fact taught. Perhaps in the plans and program structure, these are inputs, but say for example, the choice to select a chosen major has never been implemented in our entire school's existence of around 16-17 years!!!

Perhaps in other closely regulated RSHS this may in fact be implemented, but to my knowledge this does not apply to our school.
