Regional stock exchange

A U.S. stock exchange that operates in the trading of Listed and Over-the-counter (OTC) equities under the SEC's Unlisted Trading Privalages (UTP) Rule. Often referred to as "Second Market Trading". As of 2007, required to comply with Reg NMS.

Boston Stock Exchange (BSE or BSX)

Chicago Board Options Stock Exchange (CBSX)

Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX)

National Stock Exchange (NSX)

Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX)

Pacific Stock Exchange (PSE) merged with Archipelago - now NYSE-Arca
