Reginald Victor-Louis

Reginald Victor-Louis (b. August 12, 1963 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti) is currently (as of 2006) Chargé des Affaires Culturelles at the Haitian Embassy in next-door Dominican Republic.
He served as a diplomat in the same embassy from 1990 to 1992, and also served as Eastern Europe assistant advisor in the Dept of Political Affairs in the Haitian Foreign Affairs Ministrytill 1995.
From May 1995 to December 1997, Mr. Victor-Louis was General Manager(Haiti) for a multinational company based in The Netherlands, known as called HCI Ltd.
In 1997, he became Executive Vice-President then President of the National Chemical Products distributor company. International Chemical Industries S.A.
After May 2000 legislative election failure due to fraud and continuous treats Mr. Victor-Louis relocated in South Florida and was appointed as Executive Vice-President of Air d'Ayiti airline company from 2000 to 2002. After 9/11 events with negative effects on the airlines industry. He left to create and lead VICLO Safety technology Company with only dedication manufacture and distribution of security and safety products against crime, assault,rape, terrorist and kidnapping. Still advocating for better tomorrow in Haiti as he did in the 90's as President of ODEN in Haiti; M. Reginald Victor-Louis founded [[JED for haiti]]. A Project for Haiti with focus three major key point Justice - Education and Development.JED for Haiti is an International Movement with representatives around the world known as the Intenational Network Chapters (INC) working with the National Network Chapters (NNC) in the 10 geographical Departments of the Republic of Haiti
