Reginald Ponsonby-Smythe, also known as Ponsonby, is a fictional character from the video game Destroy All Humans! 2. he is voiced by Anthony Stewart Head.

Head of "M16," he is one of Crypto's allies until he reveals that M16 is Majestic Command, sixteenth division. He is later found to be bent on killing Furons after Crypto 137 killed his love, Silhouette (who was the main antagonist of the first game), in America, who was head of the American branch of Majestic back in 1959. When Crypto was captured by Ponsonby, Ponsonby asks Crypto some questions (where you can decide hilarious answers you Crypto to answer his quesions). Ponsonby is modeled on James Bond and dresses like Austin Powers.

Ponsonby wears a blue and white suit and a blue hat. He wears very simaliar clothes to Austin powers, he looks like he is in his 40's. He carries a black umbrella around with him.

Ponsonby acted like James Bond,(his chracter was modled on him). Later in the second level he started acting cruel, capturing Crypto and sparying him with gas.
