Reginald Phillips (born December 29, 1960 in Houston, Texas) is a former American football defensive back in the NFL. He played for the Chicago Bears and Phoenix Cardinals. Phillips attended Southern Methodist University.

Phillips was a member of the 1985 Bears that won Super Bowl XX, returning an interception for a touchdown in that game.
