Regarding Stuie is an episode of the second season of the Nickelodeon Nicktoon Rugrats.

Stu falls off the roof of the Pickles family house, while putting up a new weather vane, gets amnesia, and thinks he's a baby. Tommy and his friends think having a giant baby around is great at first, but soon Tommy misses his father and they have to find a way to make "Stuie" Stu again.
