According to SNPP, it was Homer vs. The Eighteenth Amendment, AKA "The Beer Baron" episode. SNPP doesn't offer any further background on the reference, and Google doesn't have anything to offer either. Since it's Homer, it's possible he's combining references, which would obscure it a bit. fethers 03:29, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
