Partia Reformiste ORA (Reformist Party ORA) is a political party in Kosovo, a Serbian province currently under UN administration. ORA stands for an independent, free and democratic Kosovo.

It was founded in the summer of 2004 by Veton Surroi, a famous Kosovar publicist. At the last legislative elections, 24 October 2004, the party won 6.2 % of the popular vote and 7 out of 120 seats in the Assembly of Kosovo and together with the Democratic Party of Kosovo forms a strong opposition.

The following are members of Kosovar parliament from ORA: Nazmi Jashari, Teuta Sahatqija, Gazmend Muhaxheri, Genc Gorani, Fatmire Mullhaxha Kollcaku, Ylber Hysa and Veton Surroi.
