[edit] Wikilinking to everything

Lads can you calm down putting wikilinks everytime Shels are mentioned. There should be one link per page only (Maybe another in a different section). When I get the chance I'm reverting the League of Ireland, FAI Cup and Setanta Sports Cup pages (etc...), unless you want to do all clubs and not just shels. Likewise on the Shels page where Jason Byrne is linked on the international players, he shouldn't be linked on the notes that are 3 lines below that. See WP:MOS and WP:CONTEXT Apart from that, good work on the Shels page (but remember to keep it nuetral WP:POV ) Dodge 14:47, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

Hi, you probably know this since you've been here longer than I have, but your user name is contrary to WP policy. I don't really care one way or the other, but it strikes me that it would be easier for you to make the switch the sooner you do it. As established as you are now, you'll only be that much more established whenever Jimbo or somebody serious gets around to noticing it and puts the kabosh on it. Plus, you're going to have to deal with the hassle of random admins blocking you at various times. Another option would be to suggest a change in the policy, but I think that's unlikely to be successful, and it would call attention to your name. i, too, don't care one way or the other, but i also noticed your username and was going to leave a similar note to butseriuslyfolks'. it is possible, and (from what i understand) relatively painless to change your username, which also preserves your edit history. just go to Wikipedia:Changing username and follow the instructions. --barneca (talk) 00:40, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
