[edit] Allegations

American policy is to refrain from commenting on the allegations against specific detainees.

According to Middle Esst Online Morocco has charged Chekkouri with: "'support for a criminal group by transferring money to Moroccans to create a gang that threatens Morocco's interests', and assistance in forging passports."[2] According to the Morocco Times Morocco also charged Chekkouri with: “relations with the Islamic Group of Moroccan Fighters and with al Qaeda.”[3]
