The name or term Redbone has several meanings:
- Redbone Coonhound is a swift, dark-red or tan coonhound (a dog bred to chase raccoons).
- Redbone (ethnicity) is a vaguely-defined ethnic group whose members belong to two or more of various ethnic groups, and is found in modern days, primarily in the Louisiana area of the United States. Also commonly used to describe people of color including light-skinned African-Americans. The ethnic grouping might include some or all of the following: White, Indian, Free People of color from various ethnic groups such as Turks, Portuguese, Middle Eastern people and Sub-Saharian origins. The term was also used in Virginia, the Carolinas, Tennessee and other Eastern States prior to the early 1800's.
- Redbone (band) was a 1970s pop-music group featuring lead singers Pat and Lolly Vegas.
- Leon Redbone is an American jazz/blues/pop musician.
