Red Shadow is the official international title for Red Shadow 赤影 (Red Shadow Aka kage), a 2001 film by Japanese film maker Hiroyuki Nakano.

Red Shadow is a remake of the 1969, 52 minutes, Tobidasu bōken eiga: Aka kage (飛び出す冒険映画 赤影). It stars Masanobu Ando in the title role and features a guest star appearance of Tomoyasu Hotei returning from the 1998 spinoff and virtual prequel Samurai Fiction.
