Wikipedia:Recent Changes coefficient

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Recent Changes coefficient c of a wikipedian can be defined as the number of hours it takes that wikipedian, on average, to check and follow up on the Recent Changes of one hour. Normally c < 1. When c is close to 1 it is a case of wikipediholism. c ≥ 1 is even more serious.

If c < 1, after being away for n hours it takes \frac{nc}{1-c} hours to catch up.

The coefficient of a non-wikipedian is c = 0.
